Q: When will my order be shipped, and how soon will I get it?
A: We make every effort to ship your order quickly. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. We typically use USPS, but not limited to Fedex, UPS and other shipping methods. Shipping via standard method will take about 3-7 business days depending on your location. This is for in-stock items. Also remember to NOT include weekends or holidays in calculating the estimated transit time for your shipment.

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges.


Q: What are your shipping charges?
A: We make every effort to ship items within 2-3 business days after your order is placed. Our shipping charges are simple. Free U.S. ground shipping on all orders over $150 and Flat Rate shipping cost of $10.00 for the rest U.S. domestic orders. $30.00 for most international orders. Please note - Flat Rate Shipping does not include Shipping Insurance and we are not responsible for any orders lost during the shipment. Please contact us if you'd like to add shipping insurance to your order.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments or unclaimed shipments. We have NO control over mail delivery once it leaves our warehouse so please check with the carrier with your order tracking number.

If the common carrier is unable to deliver the shipment for any reason, whether unclaimed, refused, invalid or unknown address, or any other reason, we will, upon return of the shipment to us, charge a 20% restocking fee for the entire purchase price, less shipping and handling fees, which are non-refundable. If you wish for us to resend your shipment, you will be charged additional shipping charges.

For international orders, we use USPS First-Class Mail International to ship your orders and that DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING INSURANCE. We are not responsible for any orders lost during the shipment. Please contact us if you would like to add shipping insurance to your order. Expected delivery time varies by destination. If you would like receive your orders faster, please contact us. We will find the best shipping option to suit your need. Customer is responsible for any taxes or duty charges.

Q: Can orders be shipped to foreign countries?
A: Yes, we can ship and take care of international orders. Please email us.


Q: What if my items are damaged or lost during shipping?
A: We do our best to ensure accurate and timely delivery. Most parcels reach their destination promptly and without incident. However, sometimes a parcel is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit. We are not responsible for parcels lost, damaged, or stolen in transit if you do not require Shipping Insurance. Please contact the common carrier used (information will be in your order confirmation email) to file a claim.


Q: What is your online store's return policy?
A:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, we will accept full-priced, unworn merchandise returned within 7 days for store credit or exchange of product online. We must authorize all returns and exchanges. Any unauthorized returns received will be denied and items will be sent back to the customer without prior notice. Approved returns are only valid within 7 business days after issuance. Store credit can be used one time only on a future order and will expire one year from date of purchase. A store credit cannot be combined with any other store credit codes, discounts or promotional offers.

Merchandise must be unworn, in new condition, with no damages and must include all original packaging, labels, and tags. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any merchandise that has been used or is not in original, new condition. Any customized, personalized or monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that due to strict health regulations and state law for intimate items, EARRINGS and TOYS cannot be exchanged or returned. All holiday themed items and sale items are final, no returns. Your return must be accompanied by the original receipt (or a copy). Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returns need be well packed and insured for the full price of the item. Please email us for the return instructions and return shipping address.

Shipping charges, insurance and handling fees are not refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with returns and exchanges. All items returned must be shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS or any reputable carrier with tracking number and insurance. The customer must pre-pay all shipping charges and insure the shipment or accept the risk if the product is lost or damaged in shipment.

The first exchange will not incur any restocking fees. A 20% restocking charge will be applied to each subsequent exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping fee for exchange shipment. Purchases placed with promotional discounts, then returned for exchange after discount period has expired, will not receive the discount on exchange.

 We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee if these conditions are not met. We reserve the right to reject any return not postmarked within 7 days of receipt.
